"title": "◆ 展覽1〔彭鏡毅博士｜臺灣秋海棠〕",
"desc": "<br>展覽首先回溯至1986年，嚴新富博士採了一株具走莖與球莖的秋海棠詢問彭博士，自此締結了彭博士與秋海棠之奇緣，1988年彭博士與研究生陳永寬發表此物種為臺灣特有新種植物—岩生秋海棠（<i>Begonia\nravenii</i>）<span>，為彭博士學術生涯後近三十年來全心投入秋海棠分類研究之濫觴。<br></span><br>展覽第二–四個子單元以彭博士研究臺灣原生秋海棠為主軸，爬梳彭博士研究團隊發表之9種秋海棠新種（其中3種為天然雜交種）及1種新紀錄種、近20篇學術研究報告及採集近600份臺灣秋海棠標本，使臺灣的秋海棠多樣性面貌逐漸清晰。而透過分類、形態、染色體細胞學及分子親緣分析等研究結果，發現雜交和多倍體化事件在臺灣原生秋海棠多樣性的形成上扮演重要角色，尚待進一步探討。時至今日，計畫主持人應用次世代定序（Next Generation Sequencing , NGS）<span>技術持續研究此複雜的演化歷史，期能更加瞭解臺灣雜交秋海棠的親緣關係與多倍體種化機制，逐步揭開臺灣秋海棠的身世之謎。<br></span><br><span>展覽最後一個子單元，介紹彭博士多年來深入險境親訪各國秋海棠生境，除了在野外進行詳細記錄觀察、採集、製作標本外，也將秋海棠引種至本院溫室栽培以進行研究。在經年累月的累積下，於本院建立世界級秋海棠收藏溫室，物種數突破500種。此外，彭博士也恢復本院植物標本館（HAST）運作並使HAST成為臺灣質量俱佳的國際級植物標本館。這些植物與標本都是珍貴的研究資產，計畫主持人現任本院生物多樣性研究博物館（Biodiversity Research Museum, Academia Sinica<span>）主任並負責秋海棠溫室之栽培管理、遺傳資源保存等作業，亦持續進行秋海棠分子親緣研究、與國內外秋海棠研究學者合作交流。<br></span></span><br><span>展覽中彙整研究照片、標本、演講語音檔、發表文獻、影片及手稿等各類型數位藏品，描述科學研究的成果，研究歷程中的人、事、時、地、物，都將結合平台開發之數位展示功能，包括：時間軸、故事地圖模組（<b>參見下圖–策展模組A</b></span>），視覺化呈現、梳理彭博士早期研究秋海棠之脈絡。<br>",

"title": "◆ 展覽2〔彭鏡毅博士｜中國秋海棠〕",
"desc": "<br>首先藉由彭博士製作之演講文件、圖版與語音檔等藏品為展覽揭開序幕，鋪陳出彭博士前往中國研究秋海棠的起因，展示頁面設計如同現身說法，樸實卻令人動容。展覽第二個子單元回溯1999年7月，彭博士與計畫主持人首度前往中國雲南省採集秋海棠的旅程，此趟旅程留下許多珍貴的野外研究幻燈片、手稿日記等實體物件，例如：彭博士與<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E8%83%A1%E7%A7%80%E8%8B%B1\">胡秀英教授</a>（1910.02.22–2012.05.22）—受聘於母校哈佛大學進行植物學研究、榮獲香港中文大學第一屆榮譽院士—敘談時的合影及日記，藉由數位化幻燈片以利保存、記錄彭博士投入中國秋海棠研究的起始。 \n\n<br><span><br>展覽第三、四個子單元以彭博士到訪廣西、深入研究廣西秋海棠的歷程為主軸。2002年彭博士首次造訪廣西，深深為壯麗的石灰岩溶地貌山水與秋海棠多樣性所著迷，畢生共造訪廣西20次，並與中國科學院廣西植物研究所</span>劉演教授、許為斌博士建立密切合作關係，為廣西增添近30種秋海棠。在廣泛採集、研究的基礎下，彭博士研究團隊對廣西喀斯特地景之生物多樣性多所了解，2014年根據廣西石灰岩地貌之側膜組秋海棠（<span><i>Begonia</i> sect. <i>Coelocentrum</i>）</span>及相關物種的親緣關係，以巨演化的角度，探討喀斯特石灰岩植物的演化起源，提出石灰岩溶多樣性生成機制的演化假說。計畫主持人近年來亦積極與廣西植物所學者合作，2019年進一步以微演化的觀點，利用廣布型的側膜組秋海棠—鹿寨秋海棠（<i>B. luzhaiensis</i>），分析其親緣地理與族群遺傳結構，驗證喀斯特石灰岩地貌種化機制的真正原因。此外，側膜組秋海棠狹域分布、高度特化的族群遺傳特質，加上持續發生的滅絕事件（包含自然及人為因素所造成），使部分族群數量下降、甚至採集點已消失，該等遺傳多樣性喪失的議題不容忽略，整體的地景保育與生物多樣性調查更顯迫切，值得反思與行動。\n\n \n\n<br><br>在彭博士研究團隊的努力下，共計發表35種中國秋海棠新種、近30篇學術研究報告、採集700多份中國秋海棠標本，使中國秋海棠多樣性面貌逐漸清晰。展覽中彙整研究照片、標本、演講語音檔、發表文獻及手稿等各類型藏品，透過平台開發之數位展示功能（<b>參見下圖–策展模組B</b>），以多元的視角與觀點呈現植物分類學研究的世界，紀念並傳承彭博士研究中國秋海棠的貢獻。<br>",

"desc": "<span><br>鑒於<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https://brmas.openmuseum.tw/objects\">生物多樣性研究博物館</a>已匯入藏品8,147件，其中標本藏品佔87.5%（7,132件），其次為照片藏品佔9.5%（778件），數量甚多導致閱覽者無法</span>縱<span>觀，故策展人積極與數位博物館團隊討論，持續優化平台系統，開發便於視覺化大量瀏覽藏品之地圖模組，以利呈現本館豐富的館藏資源，<b>該模組將於109年年末完成</b>。<br><br></span>上圖為示範圖示，預期透過此模組，能以全覽的視角展示標本及照片藏品的地理分布位置、增加藏品之間的橫向連結，便於閱覽者自由地探索與想像，也呈現出研究人員讀萬卷書，行萬里路之旅程足跡。<br><br>",

"desc": "<u>計畫名稱：數位博物館人物誌：彭鏡毅博士的學術生涯—亞洲秋海棠研究</u><br><br>延續108–109年計畫成果，110年度為本個別型延續性研究計畫之<b>第三年期計畫</b>，規劃整理彭博士之亞洲秋海棠相關學術資料。彭博士是國際著名的東亞植物分類學家及亞洲秋海棠專家，研究視野不僅局限於臺灣及中國，更擴展至<b>亞洲各國</b>，親訪印度、印尼、馬來西亞、菲律賓、泰國、越南、日本與新加坡等國進行野外採集研究，並與各國秋海棠研究學者和愛好者合作，全球秋海棠物種在20年內由1997年的900多種增加至2020年9月13日的1,991種（資料來源：<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https://padme.rbge.org.uk/Begonia/home\">愛丁堡皇家植物園</a>），物種數增加極快，已成為開花植物第五大屬。彭博士畢生<b>發表之秋海棠相關著作82篇</b>（詳請參見<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https://brmas.openmuseum.tw/muse/digi_object/ad1bdb8fa0dc052ab3a889796388fbbd\">著作目錄</a>）、<b>104種秋海棠新種</b>，其豐碩而細膩的研究成果，使秋海棠由避之唯恐不及的疑難雜症蛻變為植物分類學的新顯學，對學界之了解與保育具前瞻貢獻，終成一代植物分類學巨擘。學術之餘，彭博士對於社會之學術服務亦將持續茁壯、發揚。<br><br>本計畫將彙整照片、標本、手稿紀錄、演講語音檔及發表文獻等各類型數位藏品，結合數位展示模組與工具，包括：故事地圖、時間軸與<b>國際圖像互通架構</b>（International Image Interoperability Framework, <b>IIIF</b>）標記工具，得以針對展覽中圖像進行細部剖析與描述，提供閱覽者更深入的觀展體驗。<br><br>此外，預期與平台團隊討論開發<b>親緣關係樹</b>（Phylogenetic Tree）展示模組，以呈現計畫主持人多年來以DNA序列分析，探討植物親緣關係、系統分類學之研究成果（<b>參見下方圖文說明</b>）。<br>",

"desc": "<b>承先啟後，繼往開來</b><br><br>隨著研究的累積，本院生物多樣性研究中心研究博物館（Biodiversity Research Museum, Academia\nSinica）（後簡稱BRMAS）典藏了超過23萬份生物標本，涵蓋類群包括植物、魚類、貝類、鳥類及無脊椎生物等，其中不乏珍貴稀有類群與眾多新種發表時指定的模式標本。這些館藏除了是重要的研究資産，也是研究人員一生心血的寫照，系統性整理研究人員生平及其生物標本採集史可理解其學術生涯的進程，以提供後進學習的楷模。BRMAS自2002年起即加入「數位典藏國家型科技計畫」，已將臺灣各類動、植物之標本、文獻、生態影像等典藏品數位化，建置資料庫，並公開於網路上供各界查詢利用，數位資源已然頗具規模。<b>為了與更多人分享本館豐富的館藏，並讓大眾了解、親近研究人員豐碩的研究成果，對生物多樣性能有更深刻的認識，我們未來將持續應用數位資源，以主題性的藏品展示及以各研究人員為主軸的數位特展</b>，打開研究的大門，誠摯邀請各界一同探索與想像。<br><br>計畫主持人自2016年八月一日起擔任BRMAS館主任，未來<span>將延續生物多樣性數位博物館「人物誌」概念，持續為本院研究人員建立檔案，規劃<b>以三年期（111–113年）整理本院生物多樣性研究中心退休研究員<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"http://biodiv.sinica.edu.tw/tw/%E4%BA%BA%E5%93%A1/%E9%80%80%E4%BC%91%E7%A0%94%E7%A9%B6%E5%93%A1/%E9%82%B5%E5%BB%A3%E6%98%AD\">邵廣昭博士</a>之學術相關資料</b>，</span><span>邵博士本人表示深具意願，並欣然協助此計畫之執行<b>。</b></span><br>",
